By purchasing from cebbatical art, you agree to the following terms & conditions:

Shipping
I am currently shipping to as many countries as possible (countries in Asia, Oceania, Europe and the Americas)! 

Customs and import taxes (VAT/GST) might apply to international orders outside of Singapore. I will not be responsible for any delays or extra costs incurred.

If I missed out your country, reach out to me on social media! :) I would love to know where else I should ship to!

 

Processing Time
Orders can take up to 7 working days to process.

When will my order arrive?
Local orders will take about 1-2 weeks upon shipping.

I will not be liable for any lost and damaged mail

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
I do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds and cancellations. 

I have the right to cancel and refund any orders deemed necessary.

All orders returned (due to wrong shipping address, unpaid custom fees, etc.) will not be shipped out until re-shipment fee is paid for. No refunds will be given for returned mail.

I will not be liable for any goods that have been:

  • Lost due to untracked mail
  • Damaged due to rough handling by the postal service
  • Delivered to the wrong address due to inaccurate address provided

For lost tracked packages in the mail, please email me with your tracking number and order number.


For Singapore-based Customers
As the shop is in USD, if you'd like to buy in SGD prices, reach out to me on Instagram to make an order :)

I will do my best to make sure your order is processed quickly. 

Payment methods: PayLah! or PayNow. Once payment is received, the order will be mailed out accordingly. 

Shipping costs will vary depending on what you order. You can get a good estimate by adding stuff into the cart! Most items' shipping can be capped at $5 with tracking as long as they are within 5kg.

I'm ordering from Singapore and am only ordering stickers can I get free normal mail?
Yes of course! Please leave a ‘note’ at check-out OR drop me an email ([email protected]) and I will refund the excess shipping fees to you!

That way, I can package it and send it out via normal, local mailing.

Do note that this method is not trackable and I am not liable for any lost mail and damaged mail.
